My Approach

Hi, I'm Siri. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and artist dedicated to helping people navigate life’s transitions, challenges, and growth with creativity, community, and deep personal connection.
With a holistic approach that blends traditional therapies, art, movement, and playfulness, I empower clients to uncover new perspectives and engage with life more fully.
I offer individual therapy for people with ADHD and those experiencing life transitions. I foster spaces where individuals can safely explore self-discovery, identity, and healing.
I'm passionate about helping others connect with their inner selves and the world around them. I’m committed to digging into the hard parts of life while always holding onto hope.
"Every time you create a gap in the stream of mind, the light of your consciousness grows stronger. One day you may catch yourself smiling at the voice in your head. This means that you no longer take the content of your mind all that seriously, as your sense of self does not depend on it."
~ Eckhart Tolle
Other Therapeutic Modalities
In addition to EMDR and ADHD therapies, I also use the following:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors to create positive change. By shifting thinking patterns, CBT helps people manage and reduce symptoms of mental health issues like anxiety and depression.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a therapeutic approach that sees the mind as made up of multiple “parts,” each with its own history, role, and beliefs. By identifying and healing these inner parts, IFS helps people address trauma, build self-compassion, and find inner harmony.

Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy encourages people to view their lives as stories, identifying and reshaping the narratives that shape their self-image and experiences. By challenging the old, clients can re-author their stories, fostering empowerment and resilience.

Expressive Arts Therapy
This creative approach uses art, music, dance, drama, and other expressive forms to help clients explore and express emotions. It is especially helpful for those who find it challenging to verbalize their thoughts, as it provides alternative ways to process and heal.

Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy emphasizes the connection between mind and body, using body awareness, movement, and physical techniques to release trauma and stress stored in the body. It’s effective for clients who experience anxiety, trauma, or chronic pain, helping them achieve holistic healing.

Imaginal Exposure Therapy
Imaginal Exposure Therapy involves mentally confronting and processing traumatic or anxiety-provoking situations in a safe, controlled environment. Often used to treat PTSD and anxiety disorders, it allows clients to reduce fear and desensitize themselves to distressing memories.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
"I had bad experiences with previous therapists, so for 2 decades I avoided them. I found Siri, and she changed my view of therapy. She has helped me to diagnoses that I was unaware I had, so I never treated the illnesses directly. Now that I know myself better through her, I can identify detrimental thought processes and talk myself out of them significantly more than I ever have. I had an inpatient hospital stay and Siri was invaluable during that time, working with my family and my hospital to make my care appropriate for my condition. We’re doing EMDR therapy to work through past traumas and I’m finding connections and comfort that I never knew was possible. She saved my life. Literally. I highly recommend her practices and calming approach to care."
